Love the story especially the rhmnyig genius of Dr. Seuss and I fully expect Train's Marry Me to be the #1 wedding song of 2011. I've been saying it since the first of the year and I'll be shocked if it's not. Congrats David & Christie!
We are a family of four, foealnttruy bilingual, and we're planning our escape for the end of this year. Sometimes i think that although i was raised to love and praise my country whenever and wherever i had the opportunity, my country has failed me more than anybody else... It saddens me to say this but Greece is an amazing place just for island hopping! Thank you for this wonderful post. I had to miss the debate... Is there anywhere we can find it on line?
DaGoat Since RINO generally means soemone who leans to the right but isn't far right, I see that as a positive for Christie though it will mean trouble in the primaries. If he is able to work effectively with a liberal cabinet left over from Corzine that should also be regarded as a positive. I don't see anything in this essay that would make me think Christie is not ready for prime time .
Yuck ! What you describe from Hershey Lodge is NOT a grliled cheese. It's an Apple Brie Sourdough sandwich.A grliled Cheese sandwich is what it is. People should feel free to eat any grliled sandwich they want but don't call it a Grilled Cheese in the historical sense.Would you take some chopped steak then add Cheddar or Brie, asparagus, red peppers and Oregano then call it a Philly Cheesesteak ? No you'd call it a Veggie Steak sandwich or something else. But you can't take a classic sandwich, switch all the ingredients and then sill call it that classic name !
they will take part in a debate on WBGO Jazz 88 on Thursday, October 22 at 8pm. But Republican grruenatobial nominee Christopher Christie is waiting to see how Corzine responds to debate invitations from League of Women Voters debate for October 16, which would have been broadcast by the New York and Philadelphia ABC affiliate, and from NJ 101.5. Jon Corzine is afraid to debate on a major network affiliate with a large audience but agrees to a debate on a station whose board is stacked with Democrat party loyalists, said Christie strategist Michael DuHaime. He should be willing to go on network if for no other reason than to apologize to as many New Jerseyans as possible for raising income, business and property taxes, taking way property tax rebates and property tax deductions and doubling the unemployment rate. On Election Day, he won't be able to hide behind his money anymore. After Corzine initially refused to participate in New Jersey Network's October 1 debate that was sanctioned by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), NJN tried to move it back to October 22, since Corzine indicated he would take part then. That led to ELEC's four commissioners deadlocked along partisan lines, and to Corzine acquiescing to the original date. Christie Campaign Manager Bill Stepien then issued a statement inviting Corzine to debate on the later date, since it appears his schedule is also open for a debate on Oct. 22. While we have agreed to the debate, Christie has not, even after he challenged the governor to debate on that very same date-, said Corzine spokeswoman Elizabeth Smith.WBGO News Director Doug Doyle said that the October 22 date is not final, and that the station is attempting to find a way to accommodate all three candidates. There's nothing official on that on any side, because it's still in the preliminary talks, he said. The Newark-based station reaches the northern half of New Jersey, all five boroughs of New York City and parts of New York State. Doyle said that he will look into partnering up with other public radio stations if he can confirm a date with all three candidates.
I myself dont aalyws agree with TDU but i have sent them money because we need another voice to keep our union honest. Its important that you guys send money to help them do what they do,, it cost money and alot of time. THANKYOU TDU for being another voice in my union life
It happened in Odessa (Ukraine) at Sobornaya Square. That buliding is situated at the centre of the city. It was built in 1897. IMHO it was the most beautiful buliding in my city.Russov's house needed restoration but no one wanted to restore it because they don't have money for this .A few days ago City Council decided to give 1 million grivnas for restoration. And 3 days later someone set fire ..
